PROGENY NOTES:

These are the kids I wrote PROVERBS FOR MY CHILDREN for.  Some of them even admit to reading it.

Oh by the way, the term "geek" is not a derogatory title.  In fact, they tell me it is a title of some distinction.

Some will ask why we named two of our sons "Eric".  Like, '...this is my brother Darryl and my other brother Darryl..."  Go ahead and think what you please.  If we told you the real story, you'd need therapy along with the rest of those whom insisted on knowing the real story.

In case you were counting, four of these children are in college at the same time.  How do we do it?  We don't - they do!  Another social deception bites the dust...  The orthodontist, however, was a lot more problematic...

At this time, Claudia and I do not have any grandchildren or progeny-in-laws. I am getting impatient.  I mean, with SIX children, don't you think I could have even just one tiny grandbaby?  What's the deal here anyway?  It can't be that hard!  I never found it ever to be difficult at all.  (The new generation.  Go figure...)

How did we get them all smiling?  We took them out to dinner, of course, and this was before we actually went into sit down.  Call it a bribe if you wish.  After all these years and all these kids, we just call it "effective parenting".
